HeavyCrimper crimp applicators
The HeavyCrimper crimp applicators are specially designed for processing larger cable cross sections ranging from 16 - 50 mm² (5 - 1/0 AWG) in combination with the UniCrimp series crimping machines. They can be used on fully automatic crimping machines as well as on benchtop crimping presses.
Processing of large cross sections up to 50 mm² (1/0 AWG) Rugged construction for highest accuracy
Quick change-system for minimum change-over times
Micro-adjustment of crimping height in steps of 0.02 mm (0.0008")

HeavyCrimper applicators are suitable for the following types of contact carrier strip positions and applications:
HeavyCrimper PS - Side feed: Front-banded, middle-banded, rear-banded, double-banded
HeavyCrimper PR - End feed: Side-banded, longitudinal feed
HeavyCrimper XL - Loose piece terminals
